Artist's Statement, CV

Many of my sculptures are interactive but not necessarily functional in a traditional sense. The boundaries between furniture, toys and sculpture are blurred. Although sometimes humorous, my sculptures, digital prints, drawings and collages make allusions to the passage of time, the digital age, and gender roles. The sculptures, hand made of domestic and industrial materials, use techniques like sewing, weaving, winding and decorating.
